Good Cable - Does NOT work with my Oneplus 7pro 5g Mclaren

Good Cable - Just doesn't work with my phone - Connection drops and the TV says after about the resolution is out of the range lies 20 seconds of work. This seems to be a common software issue on OnePlus phones: hence my review of the quality of the cable itself. I've had to try a few cables to find something semi-reliable and thought I'd give it another try - unfortunately this one was Sometimes unsuccessful. If you know one that works great, let me know with an answer!

Works well with my Macbook Pro 13 inch 2018

I'm glad I looked into connecting my new Macbook Pro (with four Thunderbolt 3/USB-C ports) more directly than HDMI to mine Connect the LCD monitor via one of these USB hubs. The cable does not heat up and transfers adequately to my LCD monitor. The only personal observation I would like to share on this is that for some reason it only works with 3 out of 4 Thunderbolt3/USB-C ports on my macbook. Delivers unpromised 4K 60P, unreliable display detection and only 30P at 4K

Cable can make a working connection between laptops with Thunderbolt 3/USB-C ports and 4K external displays, but never was recognized as a Thunderbolt 3 device and is not a reliable USB-C device. The display's bandwidth appeared to be limited to 4K at 30P with no HDR, although both the laptop and display support 4K at 60P with HDR. Works well for me

Last Update: I have changed my rating from one star to four stars due to the company replacing the first cable with a new one has been working since my initial problems. Now that I've got the damn thing, I'm pretty happy with it. My first attempts at customer service were unsuccessful, but after waiting a week or two my second attempt at customer service seemed to just go about fixing the situation. I don't know what the difference is but I appreciate it. First update: I couldn't get this cable
