I actually really like this jacket, so much so that when it arrived with the black fabric bleeding onto the white fabric that I chalked it up to a one time issue and reordered. Softest pullover I have! I had ordered this for my trip to Iceland in March 2022 but it arrived in time to wear on my ski trip to Utah December 2021. It arrived in a vacuum sealed bag, when I opened it I was amazed by how big it is! Very soft and fluffy and warm! I wore a thermal shirt underneath and was comfortable on my flight to Utah. In 20° temps I didn't even need to zip my jacket. I ordered a medium and it fit perfectly. The label says machine washable and hang to dry, it is still soft…

I was excited when this got here. It came vacuum packed and fluffed right up when opened. My problem…it wasn’t true to size. I usually order large for this type of jacket so I have room to wear sweatshirts underneath. I’m not sure if this was a fluke, definitely returned.

Love this sweater. It's super thick (but lightweight) and very soft and warm. My only criticism is that the fleece can easily get caught in the zipper, so you have to watch that. The zipper can just be cosmetic if you want, but I tend to zip it up or down to moderate how warm I am.

I have basically given up on all my other sweatshirts for these. Washed on cold and hang dried, they don’t lose their fluff. My cats love them so much that they want to snuggle me whenever I wear one. I got my aunt hooked on them too.

It’s great! So warm and BEAUTIFUL! Size up! I needed about a size or two bigger. Perfect for a New England winter day. I gave it to my mother. Lol

The minute I put this on, it felt warm. Great for chilly days in the house. Very soft. The only thing I didnt like is it sheds off fibers easily.

This pullover is so comfy and soft. I only gave it 4 stars instead 5 because it is not true to size. I usually wear an X-Large and I ordered a 2x just to be on the safe side and while i am still able to wear it I could of went up another size. So I would suggest if you like you pullovers big on you go up 2 sizes
