LoopVOC Review

The dashboard is very user friendly, it's easy for my team members who are not that tech savvy to use this tool effectively without any support from our IT department or product management teams. It can be used in multiple ways by different people within an organization which makes collaboration easier than other platforms such as Slack/Zoom etc., I also like how quick responses we get when troubleshooting issues with customers through loopvoco platform unlike others where you have wait days…

I like that it is very easy for customers to leave their thoughts, even if they don't have an account with them. It's also super valuable because you can see what other people are thinking about your product without having to ask them directly! And since it's integrated into our analytics platform, we get tons of data insights from this tool as well. Nothing so far.
