The dashboard is very user friendly, it's easy for my team members who are not that tech savvy to use this tool effectively without any support from our IT department or product management teams.
It can be used in multiple ways by different people within an organization which makes collaboration easier than other platforms such as Slack/Zoom etc., I also like how quick responses we get when troubleshooting issues with customers through loopvoco platform unlike others where you have wait days before getting a response back. So far there hasn't been much criticism about loopvoco apart form price of course but we do hear some complaints every now & then but they don't seem too big deal at all since its only $99 per month (which isn't really expensive considering number of users). We've solved numerous problems regarding tracking and analyzing client sentiment using loop voca - whether questions asked.
