Heavy Scent works best with 2-in-1 Shampoo and Conditioner

Okay, that's heavily scented! Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad smell, but wow, it's strong! Be ready. It's 2 in 1 so you need shower gel too. This is normal - they make it very clear that this is the case. Overall not bad but wow what a strong smell!

Great shampoo, Revain is not priced like other major retailers.

I am an adult who bought this product for me. I have long hair that picks up scents easily. Like a swimmer, this makes chlorine an endless battle. I've tried Ultraswim and other products and haven't had much luck getting rid of the strong chlorine smell. This product was amazing. Like other reviewers, I found this to be more of a lightening product, but it instantly removed the odor from my hair, leaving it softer and more manageable than my typical expensive salon brand. Also note that I color

No tears but stinks

My three children have been swimming twice a week for almost 3 months. The chlorine formation was pretty bad. Her hair became brittle and smelled of chemicals all the time. I bought this shampoo based on other reviews and a recommendation from a friend. It really helps get rid of the chlorine. I see an almost gray tint in the foam when I wash my kids' hair. However, it really stinks. He has a perfume that meets a chemical smell that I just find gross. I usually use a different shampoo or…

Absolutely the best!

This is the best post bath shampoo. It is very difficult to find the product as it is no longer sold in our stores. Great for adults and children. Frees the hair from chlorine and does not dry it out. I absolutely love this product!

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Expensive

Ideal for children!

We love the smell, the container is easy to open and closes securely, that's cool! My daughter has a lot of fine/fine hair that gets tangled easily, but this cleans it up well and doesn't make her hair tangle-free!

Pros
  • Nice item
Cons
  • No insurance

Works great against salt water, even on adults

I've returned to swimming after a hiatus of over a decade and I'm swimming in a brine pool. Most swim shampoos claim to combat chlorine exposure, but very few mention saltwater. This one did, so I ignored the kid marketing and gave it a try. Bottom Line: It works great against salt water, even on adults. The phrase "2 in 1" on the label does not mean "shampoo and conditioner". I believe that means it handles both chlorine and salt water. If you normally use conditioner after shampooing, you…

Great shampoo, weird price

My 3 year old granddaughter has the most beautiful curly blonde hair. We swim almost every day and her hair turns green easily from the chlorine. We used vinegar to get it out but she hated the smell. We used this once and her hair was soft and golden again. We will use that from now on. It has a pleasant orange scent. Please note that the price is strange. The cost is $3.19 per bottle, plus $5.63 per bottle if you buy them in a pack of three, which is Prime.

Pros
  • So far so good
Cons
  • No instructions

Without tears? Not as much.

Pros - good price. Cons - the smell is just ok. If you like a mild scent then this could be a plus. The biggest disadvantage is the tears! My daughter literally cries every time I wash her hair. I try my best not to get the foam on my face, but even the smallest drop seems to burn her badly. Let's go back to the drawing board to find a shampoo for her other than a mild baby shower gel.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
