I missed the return deadline. Very bulky, cheaply made. Won't curl or dry properly. Because of the size, I can't use it at all. I read many reviews before buying but I have shoulder length thin hair and it no longer gives me volume or frizz no matter how many times I go over the same area. garbage

I bought this for my daughter because she has very thick frizzy hair! So I decided to try this product to enhance her beautiful curly hair! And it's wonderful! He dried her thick hair almost immediately. very powerful and yet gentle on the hair. Gives her very nice waves without frizzy, puffy hair! No additional tools or chemicals. Lightweight and easy to use. Have been using it every day for over a month and it's great. Very happy with this product, highly recommend!

I bought this with the intention of using all 4 options but I can't find any specific curl instructions. Did I miss something or bought the wrong product?

I had to return this for a refund. The element did not get hot and I spent over 30 minutes drying my hair with room temperature air. Also, there were 3 settings on the dial - Low, Medium, High - but the 1st and 3rd settings were exactly the same (low was high). This thing was also huge, quite heavy and awkward to hold. I returned it for a refund and bought a different product.
