Poor grease supplier suitable for ballasts

This product does not fit and will not work. I emailed the supplier and received no response. If I could rate this provider lower, I would!

Didn't work and a bit too big

Bought about 7 months before use. The lightbulb did not work when installed. What a waste of time and money. Also, the diameter is 1 inch. So if you are replacing an Ultravision 1001 lamp, it may not fit. It was very convenient.

Good replacement lamp

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they claim it's an exact replacement but that's not really the old lamp was 12 inches long and since the bulb is slightly shorter. Doesn't really matter I don't think so but for me if you sell it exactly as it should.

Best replacement option. LSE is a great company and a pleasure to do business with.

Sent immediately and delivered in 2 days although no priority mail was expected. The perfect complement to the Ultravation T3 12" for less than half the price. I was planning on living without my UV sanitizer after my friend charged me $250 to replace both bulbs and I found that I can always would still cost $180 if I did it myself This replacement bulb was worth getting it working again for a lot less money.

Almost good, but not for long.

So far, so good. They only got installed after 2-3 weeks and seem to be working as expected. Not exactly the same size as the real AS-IH-1001 Ultravation but seems close enough since I was able to fit it into the original mount. The problem is that now it doesn't sit as securely in the mount due to the size difference. Depending on how you originally installed the mount, you may need to make a few modifications to hold this bulb in place (fortunately, I didn't and I don't). I installed 2 of…
