I like the simplicity of their platform. It's easy to use and navigate. The communication is great. They are always willing to go the extra mile to find a good fit. I don't mind the occasional communication delay. The platform isn't fully integrated with Salesforce, and it's not fully integrated with the CRM. This means that the data is not available in one location. This makes it difficult to track and manage leads. I also don't like that they have to be logged in to do basic things like send…

I like that this is a more in depth interview process than the other selection tools. There are some questions that are not as straightforward as others. This does help with the interview process. Also, it has helped me get past the first round interviews. It gives you an idea of what they are looking for, and how you can improve.
