I like that this is a more in depth interview process than the other selection tools. There are some questions that are not as straightforward as others. This does help with the interview process. Also, it has helped me get past the first round interviews. It gives you an idea of what they are looking for, and how you can improve. It helps give you an understanding of what they are looking for. The only thing I dislike about this tool is that sometimes you have to wait longer than you want to hear back. Great tool for helping to weed out candidates that do not fit your needs. It helps make sure you are getting the best candidate for the job.
