Great Tool for Precision Measurements!

This ruler is the perfect tool for someone who needs to measure accurately in woodworking or masonry tasks. The numbers are easy to read and the metal is sturdy. The ruler can be held up against a saw blade without any issues. The only downside is that the ruler is a bit heavy, which could be inconvenient if you are carrying it around all day. As my tests showed, this ruler truly stands up to its promises and is a great investment for those in industrial and scientific fields.

Pros
  • Easy-to-read measurements on both wood and masonry surfaces.
Cons
  • Not suitable for measurements larger than 6 feet.

Works as it should - Measuring and marking tools

The guy does bricklaying and he uses this type and a tape measure. He finds it much easier than a cassette most days. He just needed WD40 to loosen it up a bit.

Pros
  • Tools and housewares
Cons
  • A few bits and pieces

WD40 helps a little but doesn't last long. Don't buy another one as I only use it a few months a year. [Of course, that doesn't sound like my latest Crescent/Lufkin rule. which literally had numbers out of order (kinda…

Pros
  • Linear measurement
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
