This is definitely a case for a larger walkie talkie but my baofeng fits and stays fine. Feels good in the hand and looks good too. The universal attachment system attached to the molle on my backpack was hassle-free and I'm sure it will work well tying it to a duty belt as a belt loop.

Overall good value for money but I didn't have a sliding elastic. The lack of a physical clip to attach the radio really bothered me when wearing it on my belt, but the elastic strap keeps the radio in place while you fold it back. This bag would have been a daily carry item for me if it weren't for the missing piece and lack of a physical retaining clip.

This walkie talkie case fits my Baofeng UV-5r with extended battery. The radio wobbles a bit internally, but a snap strap keeps it in place. The buckles on the strap are a bit difficult to undo, but that's my only issue. There is plenty of extra room for my handheld mic to mount on a radio with plenty of room. I don't know if I would do too much tedious work with a radio in a suitcase, but it's perfect for the daily commute.

I'm sure it's ok for a bigger radio but it was a little loose for the Baofeng UV-82HP with the bigger battery. I thought attaching a belt clip would make it fit better but it's still large. I've found that the elastic cord changes the volume of my radio a lot while driving, to my surprise when it hits my ear or I suddenly can't hear the radio. Fit and finish are fine, but if you want something for Baofeng look elsewhere.
