Great design but one of the plastic pieces holding it to the dashboard is very flimsy and broke when I put the phone in the holder.

The block seemed flimsy, but once installed it seems quite solid. The biggest problem is that when you plug the phone in, it's easy to miss and fall through.

Item fits in car as listed and fits most phones except the latest 2020 Note phone. The bracket is plastic and has since broken due to it being very thin.

Cheap Chinese plastic felt like it was about to crack upon installation. Didn't fit in my Otter Box. Not suitable for finger holders. But study surprisingly.

Works very well and has a good place in the car. It seems a bit flimsy so I'm trying not to break it. However, there is a design flaw: the bottom connector that holds the phone has pins that are too close together, which is why you can't connect the USB cable to the phone while it's in the holder. The teeth on this lower leg should be further apart.

I have tried 4 different types and this is the ONLY phone holder that works with this Highlander! There are no more suction cups, and the curved dashboard makes it difficult for other types to stick. This mount is smarter! Use the dash tool they give you to push this holder under the dash to keep the phone mount snug and secure. Nice solid mount that holds the phone in a stable position for navigation. Thank you for a great product!

The installation scared me a little, I thought the plastic was going to break but I didn't and everything fitted together. My case is a bit thicker than the mount but still holds it in place with one hand, I can put it on and take it off and my arms wrap tightly when it's in the right position. My last charger broke in the snug compartment so it's a good thing it's based on the weight of the phone it's covering. The fact that it fits the MT Toyota Highlander perfectly is another reason I bought

Installed on a 2016 Highlander. Although the thickness of the plastic matches the thickness of the plastic, there is a gap in the paneling on the dashboard and above the CD player, at right angles you can see the foam behind the paneling.
