This product did not meet our expectations for detangling our office cords. Using this product our team found that it often became tangled itself and was difficult to maneuver when trying to manage multiple cords at once. Mine says it generates static electricity. Disappears and disappears. If I shake it a bit, the connection reappears. Maybe too loose? However, there is no way to contact the company to diagnose the problem. Use with standard Panasonic headphones and cables. Spring.
