I was really hoping that this product would solve the problem with the medical device I was developing. It is used to help very sick people in third world countries. There is one very important feature that should work with this PSU, but it doesn't. I understand that nothing is perfect so I tried to contact tech support but they refuse to answer me. It's been 5 days. We planned to buy 2000 of these per year. At the moment we are looking for another product.

Using this PSU to power my new PC backpack - Mortar MOBO MSI Z170M with 16GB RAM, Noctua NH-L91 low profile fan and SSD. Powers everything with a 22.2V 16000mAh lithium polymer battery. I am using this to power a Gigabyte GA-Z77N WIFI motherboard with an i5 processor. Technically, my rig is underpowered and the PSU generates a lot of heat. I have this in an M4 ATX case. Get a case. It offers support for an ATX connector and a fan.

This powers my computer very well. The only problem I have is that the knock lock for my amp is a joke. I connected it to my motherboard via USB and changed the settings to no avail. Whatever I install doesn't do anything. It also used to go to sleep 5 seconds after my machine turned off, now it takes about 30 seconds.
