Rolls are too big for the sealer so a bag or two needs to be cut off before loading. The inconvenience is offset by the cost compared to the manufacturer's product at a higher price/bag. The finished pouch seals well and is no different than the results obtained when using a roll of paper.

We're running out of vacuum bags. After a recent shopping spree where we bought A LOT of meat, we ran out of freezer bags for our food Saver machine. Found these vacuum bags at Revain and ordered a pack of 8 rolls measuring 11 x 25ft. We have found that smaller vacuum rolls are not worth our time and effort. Buy extra rolls you will never run out of packs , if you need them!This product is highly recommended!

This is my second time buying these rolls. The price can't be beat, three times the price of dinner rolls. About 10% will fail in the freezer and become trapped in the air, but that's no different than any others I've used. Now I adjust the bag after the first seam and place the second seam about 1/4 inch higher than the first for double protection.

I pack groceries in bulk for distribution to our church board twice a month. Because we supply products to approximately 80 families, a lot of packaging is required to store perishable and frozen foods. The problem with this is that the rolls are wavy, especially when you get to about 1/2 roll, which means you have to stretch the bags a lot to create a smooth sealing surface. Vacuum. Discussing how to return them as I also bought 8 packs. Half a roll and a lot of trouble and effort to make the seal. The machine simply sits idle in vacuum mode until you pull the tail far and wide. But the ripple is out of the sensor's range, so all you have to do is do your best to pull and push hard. 50/50…

I use a vacuum sealer all the time. I buy beans and rice in bulk and vacuum seal them to keep them fresh. I freeze meat in vacuum bags. Everything that can become stale is vacuumed. Since I use it so often I bought these reels to save money. The only good thing about them is that they are quite thick. But they constantly lose their tightness and need to be replaced.
