Purchased May 2020. Loud beep from box. I removed the turntable, wheel ring and the piece covering the strut, leveling the turntable. Everything seems to work, but it still creaks. I even reversed the wheel ring. By week 4 the creaking had turned into a horrible crunch and the turntable was starting to crawl, I unplugged it and sent it back.

This was a great 1000w microwave BEFORE it became obsolete in our office! It gave off an electrical smell and was still crackling in the microwave 14 months after purchase! This microwave was purchased during the pandemic (May 2020) and has never been used in large quantities, not even this summer after 20 of the 55 employees kept returning to the site. No company makes things more durable, and that's a shame. They only want sales.

Looks like a good deal. And there are many good reviews. The microwave oven I received (January 26). 5 days after receipt I found that the turntable was not working. Difficult to say, since the light in the oven didn't (never) work either, today (02.04) the microwave completely died while it was heating up. No light, nothing. Disabled.
