So far this device is working great. I didn't want to spend that much on a device, but I'm glad I did. Stainless steel bowls are easy to clean. The device is surprisingly quiet. It has been running almost non-stop for two weeks since it arrived and has dehydrated almost all of my pears, herbs from my garden, lime peel and more. Very satisfied and highly recommended!

Has worked well so far. Four games, then he died. Just quit your job. Customer service said they would send a replacement to 'base' (no trays since I have them) and that was six days ago. No tracking email, nothing. I'll give him a few more days and hope he shows up. It would have been a five star rating if this thing hadn't died.

I bought this product on March 1st, 2018. I used it ok. 3-4 days a week and within the first week the front cover started cracking in many places. Starting today, the pieces fall off. I've tried calling support and can't get any further. All I was looking for was a cover replacement. Then I tried calling production and they didn't help either. We have just started drying our own meat treats for our dogs. We've had a food dehydrator in the past that was loud and cheap, so we went with a higher quality unit without breaking the bank. I hate to write a negative review but in this case I had to. This is the most ridiculous dehydrator on the planet. You cannot select temporary settings. There are 8 preset temperature settings to choose from and if you bought the dehydrator because you eat raw (less than 118 degrees) there are only 3 to choose from (none of which are ideal temperatures for dehydrating raw foods). I was very happy to receive this food dehydrator but the longer it sat unused on the kitchen counter the less thrilled I was.
