My wife loved them and everyone who has seen them wants

My wife, who doesn't usually try the "trick," took her to Michigan for a weekend party (we live in Southwest Florida) and said, that they are the best. She clambered up and down icy riverbanks, navigating the frozen Detroit River to the island with ease, plus ice on the sidewalks and driveways. She's 73 and other party-goers in their 30s and 50s are planning to order themselves after seeing how well she performs.

I really wanted to like them - they seem like a great solution.

Really wanted to love them - they seem like a great solution for slippery winter weather. But I put them on my boots and they broke after about a week. The rubber is just torn and torn. My shoes are a size 10.5 which is at the top of plus size so maybe they were too stretchy but I'm not sure if size XL would be snug enough. After finding out there was no US support I figured the best thing would be to take them back to Revain and find a more reliable brand.

Great product, LITTLE difficult to put on at first

My driveway is 180 feet long and very steep with a drop line leading to the 50 mile freeway below so I really don't want to start rolling in the winter on it! Also, parking at work often proves tricky before it's done. They're incredibly comfortable in my backpack at work, and after I've learned how to put them on, they're all I need to navigate my driveway when it's covered in ice. I used to be ice climber and still wear plastic and leather climbing shoes and crampons but that would be too…
