Very easy to use immediately after installation. It took less than 10 minutes to set up the printer myself, download the design software and start printing. The theme program is quite simple and it's easy to create your own icon in it.

The print quality of the device is excellent and it is very convenient to print maps with the software that came with the device. I actually offered to buy this car.

We have printed new student cards for the new year with ink replacement - the only problem which was quickly fixed by the support team. Due to our needs, we have made a software update. The basic software is great if you don't print in bulk.

The printer is easy to use and does many things well. I couldn't print the barcode on the back of the card even when I tried to just print the barcode itself. The software could have been better, although there are upgrade options that I didn't take. Of the 30 cards printed, 3 had minor scratches. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose a duplex printer that prints both front and back with a feeder.

This card printer was easy to set up but if you are using Windows 10 make sure you set it up by logging into the account that will be using the printer. I tried logging in as a different user and couldn't print, maybe it was something I did during installation, but I couldn't print the map when logged in as a user other than the administrator. This printer is very different from the previous printer we used. It's well made and extremely easy to set up when connected to a computer via USB.
