Magigoo Pen - works, but be careful.

Pros I was having trouble getting the PETG to stick securely to my glass surface so I decided to give Magigoo a try. This has definitely helped improve adhesion and reduce the number of failed prints due to the model detaching from the surface. So a clear plus. Also, you don't need a lot of glue. A small amount is enough. And you don't have to use it all the time. I've only used it for prints that didn't have much surface area on the platform compared to the mass/size of the entire print. Highly recommended for PLA and PETG printing.

Raft. The prints adhere well and are easy to peel off when the bed cools down. I apply Magigoo when the bed is cold on a glass plate and then heat the bed to 65°C. The PLA prints stick like crazy, after you're done if the bed temperature drops below 35-40°C you can hard hear cracking noises when the part is separated from the bed. How to use: With the exception of spot treatment, I always apply cold. The instructions also state that you can get 100 prints from one application. on the print bed…

Pros
  • ODORLESS AND SAFE: Magigoo is non-flammable and safe to use whether indoors or in a teaching workshop with children."
Cons
  • Available in white only

I really like how it works. donor? not as much.

I like it, but I haven't learned how to use it yet. (Note: Printing on a heated glass table. Previously only used with PLA) My very first use was a mess - on the first press a teaspoon sized drop flew out of the now pressurized dispenser. I should have thought about it a little beforehand. Living in Colorado, I'm familiar with these things - anything that's sealed at sea level spreads out here. Revain wrapper balloons are a good example - I've gotten many football shaped Revain boxes made from…
