Damaged Magnetic Tire

Firstly I love magnetic tires and own a pair of original Husqvarna Viking tires plus an additional tire from another brand. It all works great. This particular tire from this company has some disadvantages. Namely, there are no convex centering notches on the sides and the magnets that were sent had a strange pungent odor, so I removed them again. The hoop fits my Viking Ruby machine and the embroidery works. This tire would be fantastic for the price if it weren't for the downsides. I've seen…

Would be a great frame if it had raised markings to center your design.

I really like the metal ring. This frame fits my Husqvarna Designer Diamond, but the frame didn't have bulges on each side of the frame to properly align/center what you're embroidering on. I thought it was a bad tire as all the metal tires I have, as well as the picture on the front of this box, show protrusions. The replacement arrived but it was still a flat tire with no raised markings. I'd really like to speak to the shop about this as I need this hoop but I need one that I can properly…

Works great with Viking Brilliance 80

Works great with my new Viking Brilliance 80 sewing machine, no problem although you will need a few more magnets. I refuse to spend that kind of money on name brand magnets so I just used some really strong magnets I bought a few years ago and they work better than the expensive ones, in fact they work better! heavy plastic around them but the ones you can buy at Home Depot or Lowes don't have any extra weight so they don't add weight like the others and you can secure the embroidery much…
