I fell in love with this set the first time I saw it! Understood quickly! A big plus is that there is a booklet in English. It's a bit tricky because things are so tiny, but I had a lot of fun assembling it and everything turned out perfect. It took about 12 hours for a beginner like me. I think it didn't come with batteries and glue due to US import restrictions law.

If you love miniatures and do fine, intricate work, you'll love this set. The detail is amazing and beautiful. The instructions are translated, so I noticed that they are a bit vague in one or two places. But careful thought and finding videos of someone else doing the project helped. All in all a fantastic experience that took me two evenings. I have already bought another set, I really liked this one.

Really enjoyed putting this together. It was difficult sometimes. You work with tiny parts and fragile materials, so you have to be careful not to tear or lose anything. I put it together in a relatively short amount of time and by the end I wish I was done, it was so much fun. The finished product is really cute and all my friends were impressed with it. I have island adventures and will buy more in sets.

Can't wait to see how it goes. I would give a 5 star rating based on what I've seen so far but as another person mentioned the glue and batteries are missing even though they are included in the instructions listing! :( I'm assuming you can't ship these items internationally, which is cool, but I'd like to know in advance.
