I'm so upset. after 10 years of using purple shampoos when needed. this is the first thing that damaged my hair. The shampoo seemed a bit drier than I'm used to, but I didn't think anything of it. Now my hair is dry after the first use and my hair has completely broken off at the root. I can not believe that. I can't stop looking at my hair and crying. You can see the whole break when my hair is down. and you still see it when i lift my hair. I've never had purple shampoo ruin my hair.

Let me start by saying that I don't think I will buy this again. This shampoo and conditioner set is very drying. I haven't noticed any difference in my hair tone after using it for a few months. I also have to say that the pumps that came with it were poor. They don't work for the product at all. I threw away the snap on tops after replacing them with shoes and regretted not keeping them because the shoes are terrible.

I let my gray hair grow out hoping it would add shine to my hair but it just dried it out and left it tangle free. My hair got greasy after using the conditioner. It might work for some, but it just didn't work for me.

I wash my hair about once a week with this shampoo, I only use shampoo, then I use both for the next wash. I have naturally DK brown hair but was dyed purple which helps my color last about 3 weeks longer.

I have never used purple shampoo. Is always. So I didn't know what to expect. At first I thought it was a normal shampoo for blonde hair. It is not. It's really a toner. I had chemically treated hair and this corrected the yellowing and yellowing in one application. I applied it to each strand of hair separately and let it sit for 20-30 minutes. Rinse your hair and then dry it. My daughter told me it looked like it was from a drawing room. I highly recommend this product.

It won't work as your only shampoo, it does the average job of removing yellow tones but I don't feel like my hair is cleaner or less clean is oily after use. use.
