I ran 2 test parts and already need a new extruder

Box opened, started setup and didn't like the setup anymore. "Guides" you through setup via the app on your phone. Not what I would do. Had to search their website to find out how to do the initial setup on the computer. Then I had to search in different areas to get all the steps. (But I'm sure everything will go smoothly if you give them access to your phone). First run ran a 5 link chain, ok cool I know it works. Ran another of their pre-installed models (nut and bolt), works great with gray

the thing prints everything as intended. That's the most important. The nice folks at MakerBot are pretty good at answering the phone, servicing people who seem to know what they're doing, and once they figure out the problem they arrange to send me a new one. Maybe they'll figure out why they're coming back and fix the problems, but until then they're very kind to replace whatever I have with a new unit. Ambitious but failing in several areas

7/5/20 Additional Tips: To counteract possible nozzle clogging (this can happen with any 3D printer), try a 0.4mm -Bit. Developed for cleaning extruder nozzles. This seems much better than the spontaneously unfolded paperclip I used. Strong pressure on the thread does not clean the nozzle.
