I have very sensitive skin and some products irritate or break easily. I find this makeup remover to be the best for removing eye makeup (and I use waterproof mascara, liquid eyeliner and eyeshadow every day!). The smell is great but too strong for me all over my face. but odor aside, it works very well and is gentle enough. I use Philosophy's (before they discontinued it) and I have to say I like this one better! Definitely recommend.

Okay I'll be honest, trial and error. I was attracted to the product because it is organic and has good ingredients. I have sensitive skin. I used micellar water before. This product really removes makeup. but I have found that this only works with certain cotton pads (napkins). I've tried cotton balls, it did little to remove my eye makeup, irritated my skin, no use. The regular cotton circles from the store aren't the best either but slightly better, they both took a lot of effort and trouble

Before I bought this product I read many conflicting reviews but I really like this product. The ingredient list is minimal and seems very beneficial when compared to products that contain more chemicals. This worked great for me! I have tried this with disposable cotton pads and then with several reusable cotton pads that I have purchased. Both worked great! My makeup came off very easily.
