🖼️ Malden International Designs 8 Opening Black Collage Photo Frame, 4x6 Size Review

I was very happy to get this on a lightning deal as I thought it was the same as what I had previously purchased . it's not like this. Anyway, mine didn't break and it's fine, but as others have mentioned it's not a very high quality frame. Also, it holds 4 x 6 photos, but the glass portion of the frame is smaller and only about 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" your photos will be visible. Well, if you have space around the edges of your photos, you don't mind covering them up.

Overall a very good frame - I like the design and although it's plastic it doesn't look cheap on the wall. It is very easy to hang with several sawtooth hangers placed around the frame. The only complaint I have, however, is that there are no longer really large crops to align the images - between their actual placement and subsequent montage, the images are slightly misaligned and some edges are cropped. Overall this is a minor issue, and yet it's a great shot.

I bought this product before hanging family photos. I get a lot of compliments on this one and every time I come by I have to check it out too. The problem I have is that the "hook" on the back for hanging doesn't make any sense. This is a small strip of metal with jagged protrusions. My nephew walked by and accidentally hit him and he fell to the ground and collapsed. This item arrived intact and not broken otherwise I would have sent it back. When I took it out of the box and turned it over to remove the back, one of the bottom glass inserts broke. It would be nice if a man could handle it but I was very careful and it broke within minutes. It doesn't matter since it's just the bottom left frame, but still. Loved these frames. I bought two and the box they came in was too big so both frames had broken glass. I've contacted customer service and am waiting for a replacement, so that's a positive. The frames themselves are a single molded piece of plastic that is very thin. Installation to remove and replace the substrate is also complicated. The tabs holding the box are very tight and require a screwdriver to remove. It's just not the best design. The glass panes have room for them because they're…
