📱 Maledan Fitbit Ionic Replacement Bands for Women and Men - Smartwatch Compatibility Review

I was sitting in front of the TV and the next thing I noticed was that my bracelet had just broken. I've only had the band for a little over a month, just long enough to go beyond the return policy and have it replaced as it was defective.

I bought a large dark blue bracelet and I am pleased that the color is really dark blue, which corresponds to the product image. It's also more comfortable than the OEM strap that came with the Ionic. The OEM strap is too hard and rubbery. This softer silicone and does not pull hair. Would buy again.

Great fitbit strap! It is very easy to apply and the color is fantastic! Highly recommend for anyone who has a Fitbit Ionic and doesn't want to pay the extremely high price of a Fitbit strap! You can't even tell the difference. I put my new lavender maledan strap next to the original black Fitbit strap (don't judge the old strap, it's been through a lot) and the pattern and size are identical! I'm in love and I'll get this ribbon in all colors!

I have already bought 2 of these. They are of good quality. Can turn them off quickly. I noticed that both got dirty very quickly (blue edges, looks like ink). (I don't touch paper at work.) I would have thought it was normal for a watch strap, but the original strap didn't. Hopefully it cleans up easily with a Clorox cloth. Update: The blue color does not rub off. I bought another brand and there was NO blue around the edges, not even on white!

This set looked great and the price compared to the original replacement seemed too good to be true. Well as they say you get what you pay for. It broke after less than six weeks of daily wear. So given the choice of buying 9 of these for a year and replacing the Fitbit for a year or two, the choice is clear. Buy the original and leave this junk behind. UPDATE: The second one we received took 18 months. So you spend your seven dollars and hope for the best.

update: the tapes fell apart about two months after watching, the clip just fell apart. Too bad, they were promising at first. First Review: My original bands started to snap near the clip that connects to the watch case, so I was looking for a good replacement as the classic Fitbit original bands were not available from Revain (at least at the time of my order). My original strap is worn out so I replaced it with this one. The connection to the watch is weaker than the standard watch, but it hasn't broken in the last month or two that I've had it. The rubber part feels almost the same and is just as easy to clean. The plastic fasteners are starting to wear out a bit - the paint is peeling off. But overall it looks good and works well. It's a cheap belt and it looks kinda. The strap feels light and flimsy, which I personally don't like that much. I understand the attraction when someone is an avid athlete. I use my Fitbit for daily activities and sometimes at the gym, so I don't need such a strap. There was also a strange smell coming out of the packaging at first, which I attribute to the manufacturing process.
