The biggest complaint about this winter tool is a poor quality scraper. Rubber is quite hard even at room temperature, and when frozen it is not soft enough to conform to the curves of your windows or windshield. So it's not as good as other winter multi tools I've used in the past. The stripes are a bit annoying. Otherwise it's a good tool that scrapes well and the brush is soft but strong enough to clear a lot of snow.

For the price, this winter was worth it. Having a brush, wiper and scraper in one device that I can expand has been a huge time saver. The only issues I had were 1. Brush and scraper work as they should. I have a problem with the functioning of the telescope. This replaced a similar brush/scraper which I really liked. With the old simple rotation of one end relative to the other, it would snap into place. This new one requires you to hold on to one end and twist the center handle. The absolute only downside to the product (and it's not even a downside) is that if you hold the foam handle and turn the lock's telescoping handle, the handle also rotates, so you have to hold on to it. to the ice scraper head to lock or unlock the extension. This is an assumed rating based on previous experience. I've had one of these for six years with no problems and finally got a replacement.
