Does not fit properly

The filter is intended to be placed in a plastic frame and held in place by the tabs on the frame, however the filter does not fit the tabs. I had to paste the filter outside of the tab so I hope it works. I had to order a kit for another car but did not order from this company.

Goodbye! best parts

Perfect for my 2000 Acura TL. My car dealer charged me $25 to replace this filter and I decided to try it myself after doing a quick search on youtube on how to replace the cabin air filter. I ended up buying this filter for only $11.73, saving $15 USA for myself. . I think this is a good buy. Thank you

Pros
  • β–Ό *** Change filter every 12 months or 12,000-15,000 miles. Check and replace the filter if there is an unusual odor(s) coming from the cabin air outlets or if the vehicle's ventilation and air conditioning system is operating with poor performance, humming or low air volume. ***DISCLAIMER: Trademarks and model number (if shown) are for cross reference only. Cons
  • Unbelievable price

The filter is fine but difficult to replace

Filter is ok and goes well with my 2000 Accord. I watched a video on the installation. This is not easy and takes some time and patience. Although it was necessary. The old filter and the dirt around it was terrible. I used an air compressor to blow everything out of the area and then had to vacuum the whole car to get it all clear. Replacement is much easier on newer Honda models. The filter itself is fine.

Pros
  • β–Ό Benefits: (1) Reduction of at least 98% of these pollutants (dust, exhaust fumes, etc.) from the air that passes through the filter and enters the passenger compartment. (2) An activated carbon cabin filter offers additional protection by absorbing particles from the air. (3) Improve safety by reducing debris in fan or windshield and protect HVAC air conditioner performance.
Cons
  • Empty
