The tool is easy to use and has many features that are helpful in creating floor plans or maps of any size. It's very user friendly! The ease of use is great! I can't think about anything that would make me dislike this software- it's easy to learn how things work with maps alive as well has all my other mapping programs (eg Google Earth). The ease of use to create maps from data sources that are not available in other mapping programs is amazing! I am able to access my own database with no problems at all. It's easy to customize color schemes and layouts as well and it offers many different options for creating custom map types. There really isn't anything bad about this product; however, there may be some features you do not need or want included in your software package.
