Ravioli smaller than expected

Judging by the features of the product, I didn't realize how small these ravioli are. I usually make quite large ravioli so I have to admit they are quite small when I received them. I wish they had a bigger uniform, I'd trade them in.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Expensive

Good ravioli, good for kitchen and dining room

Overall I like these ravioli, easy to use. My only complaints are that I wish the overall width was a little smaller, I can't fit the entire sheet of pasta from my pasta roll on it, and I wish the ridges separating the ravioli were a little taller.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Can't remember

good item. Bad packaging. Not sure if it was used.

In addition to opening, the box is painted. The shape makes a good and solid impression. The ravioli turned out pretty, but don't forget to dust the mold with flour before use to prevent the dough from sticking. Good product. I just didn't like the fact that it was open.

  • Quick Change

Ease of Use: Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets

It's easy to use if you use it right. First you need to add something to the mold to make it easier for the ravioli to release. I used an oil that works well. I prefer flour. Next, you need to determine the correct amount of filling. Too much will cause problems when you roll it. Once you get the hang of it, you can make lots of ravioli in no time.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • too stupid

Difficult to use - noodle molds and dies

The product is strong but it is difficult to push the noodles into the filling mould. Since the cavities are so small, the filling hardly penetrates. Ravioli are very difficult to remove after cooking and they never cut through without making a huge mess, and with minimal filling. It would be great if there was a two piece mold with a mold to push the paste into the cavity before filling.

Pros
  • GOLS certification
Cons
  • Packaging sad

Simple, durable, works well.

I chose this ravioli maker after having had some negative experiences with the more complex, automated one. This simple mold + rolling pin is durable and easy to use. To be honest, it's a lot of fun. I learned how to make a light olive oil coating and a hard flour dust. At the same time, ravioli are easy to remove after forming. I use a simple semolina pasta dough made from handmade (also marcato) pasta.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Something is wrong

Perfect ravioli in the kitchen and dining room

For professional looking ravioli. It is necessary to generously and thoroughly sprinkle with flour not only the entire hole, but also the edges. Great buy and seamless. I disagree with using a larger rolling pin, the small pin allows me to rotate it and crease each of the edges so the edges trim nicely. It also turned out that the filling should be cold, any heat makes it difficult to slip out, even after flouring the form. The other shapes were so tedious to work on, but this one is great. I…

Making Ravioli for the First Time

I bought this because I've always wanted to make pasta and after mastering the Kitchenaide pasta maker this seemed like the next logical step for me. I bought the 1.5 inch round because I like the shape and a lot of reviewers have complained that the 1 inch size is too small. The ravioli maker itself is very durable and I believe it will last a long time. I washed and dried it before first use by coating it with a thin layer of olive oil and a thick layer of flour. I rolled out the dough and…
