the stuff really works. I'm pregnant so I have hormonal cystic acne. My cysts are halved after one use overnight. However, this treatment will NOT work on small bumps or pigment spots. only for deep acne as other reviewers have said. A little goes a LONG way, I expect to have it for years.

I am 30 years old, have oily, sweaty skin with normal and hormonal acne. Sometimes I break out and sometimes I don't. And I have a habit of ripping off my makeup and not washing it off. I started using this when I was pregnant because it doesn't have all the nasty ingredients found in other acne products. It works so well my husband stole it! I'm buying 2 more so he has one. We use it all the time and this little jar has lasted us both for over a year. This stuff is AMAZING!

I don't quite understand how I feel about this. It was recommended to me for the horrible cystic acne of pregnancy. First the smell: My kids say I smell like a little old lady. Do not buy if you are sensitive to bad smells. It has a certain drying effect. I don't know if I'll say it's helping my face, but it's not getting worse. Has been used for years. There must be a breakthrough. To cover up a pimple, I mix a small amount of cream with Neosporin and apply, then use face powder. I do this all day and you don't have a dry spot on your face. in full force at night.

Excellent product for treating mild to moderate acne. It's a very thick, creamy ointment with a sulfur smell (it's not as strong as some sulfur products, but if you're sensitive to it this may not be the best choice for you).
