I have three young children so we make a lot of mess. I made this to reduce our use of paper towels. We use them as meal napkins and for light cleaning. Children love bright colors and different patterns. They get softer (and I think absorb better) with every wash. We've certainly reduced our use of paper towels since we've had them. I wash tons of laundry and they are small anyway so they didn't add much to my laundry at all.

To be honest, I was very skeptical that these cloths were strong enough to absorb liquid. I saw these reusable napkins and reusable paper towels from this brand. I've always wanted to try them and thought the rainbow color would be the best. I have every color of the rainbow, even complementary colors. I ordered a pack of 24. Very nice packaging. The sewn edges of some napkins are frayed, which makes me wonder if they will hold up or start to unravel. I washed them in a laundry bag because they are so small. Do not use fabric softener as it can make them less absorbent. The good news is that the stitching didn't come undone. Love trying these wipes. I find them soft and absorbent when wiping my fingers or face. I'm not a fan of dirty food, so the size is enough for me to wash my hands thoroughly.
