Not sure if I missed it or if I got a bad batch but right out of the box they didn't stay on the reel. Each time the whole roll just plops down and doesn't stick together in any way. I tried washing them just to make sure I wasn't missing anything or that they weren't too soft, but now they're even worse. I've tried spinning the roll both ways with different shaped TP holders (we have a slightly squarer one and a regular rounded one) and the weight of the fabric just makes it unroll and then…

I still can't bring myself to use it as intended. However, they come with a strong roll-up roll, so I keep them in the kitchen and use them in place of the small paper towels of my choice. These are the paper towels I use the most and have proven to be good substitutes. They wash great. They are made in America, which is also important to me. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I'm not crazy about surprise prints. Too bad I ordered plain ones. Maybe one day I will but I can't…

I loved these strips as soon as I opened the box. Straight out of the box, which is just adorable too! The whole aspect of them is so neat. I actually bought the big ones (paper towels) and then bought them to use as table napkins instead of toilet paper. The children like them very much and they have chosen their "favorites".
