Well firstly, for the price of the case, not too bad. My first problem was when I notice the paint peeling from the case on the day of receiving it. Didn’t drop the case or rub it against any rough surfaces and the paint began to peel in some spots. Second, this case is NOT WATERPROOF. I was stuck outside in heavy rain with my phone remaining in my pocket. Got this for my wife. She's rough on equipment. This was the perfect solution. And it was. This thing protected the phone like a tank, but at a cost. The cost? It reduced signal reception - she couldn't get cellular and wi-fi services as well as she had before. The sound was awful. People whom she called couldn't hear her very well, and the case muffled the speaker phone use so much, that speaker phone use wasn't effective. Making the phone practically useless for her to use.

Makes the phone feel and feel like a iron brick. I like the case it feels durable. Haven’t dropped it yet. The only cons I would say it that it’s not very water resistant. My son sprayed my shorts with a water gun very lightly and water found its way inside the case. Not sure how I’m thinking thru the iPhone home button. Not sure. I opened and cleaned. The volume buttons you have to push hard and the power button on the side of the iPhone you have to hold for at least 7 seconds before it powers

Bad news is this case is heavy. Good news is this case is heavy. If you don't mind a quasi brick this is the case for you. It has a built in screen protector too. After looking at them all I opted for a rugged case that can withstand a drop down concrete stairs. Have read other reviews stating the lack of reception which is not true. I was also amazed at how the IPHONE 8 sound comes through the case loud as ever, For 20 bucks this has to be the best value on Revain.

this case is too wide for my car mount holder. and the screws that hold the case together can easily strip out. Thanks for attention!

I wanted a tough case and this one does not fall short of that in the least bit. very well made. For the price I don't think you will ever get more but it is very heavy. I don't care about the weight I'm not married to my phone but I also don't want to buy another one because I dropped it.

Phone case is great. But it didn’t come with the allenkey tool to take out and put back in the screws. Luckily I had one small enough in my toolbox. Or this would have been a waste of money. Fix that. And this is a 5 star product.

Overall good case. However not even a month old and the screen protector portion of the case has cracked from a 5 in fall from couch to floor, can’t use that part of screen now on phone as crack is disrupting signal from finger to phone screen.bummer because we really liked the case otherwise!

Biometric scanner, home button, is not waterproof. Small amounts of water get inside and you have to remove the entire case to fix it. Unrelated, but make sure you cleaning your screen thoroughly and check it in various angles and lighting before putting the case on. Otherwise it’s a lot of work to fix.Excellent case. Durable. All the models have metal, and this thing is a freakin tank.

This phone case and customer service is worth the 19 bucks (iPhone 8+ fits PERFECT) buy the damn and go get sleep… I had it in my butt pocket this morning I had to remove all of the glass and the seller is sending my replacement (Ive had thus since SEPTEMBER) immediately

I think the people who complain about the touch screen issues didn't screw it on correctly. I got this for my son after who broke the screen on his phone. I fixed the screen and put this baby on and his phone is invincible. Plus the screws make it less likely he will take the case off. The only negative for some people is that it is bulky.

Waterproof for sure! Dropped a couple times. I’m just a klutz pool guy. So a case like this is a must! Not the greatest for call quality. Speaker phone and or Bluetooth only. All calls without speaker phone and Bluetooth are just numerous "hello’s?”.

This thing is built like a tank. I don’t think you could break it if you tried, but reception decreases a decent amount. If you don’t get good reception (2 or less bars) where you live or work it will not work for you. If you get good reception and you need a bulletproof case and have good reception this is a great choice.

This phone case survived a high impact vehicle crash and while the glass on the front broke the rest of the case protected the phone and there isn’t even a scratch of damage. I give this case 5+ on everything and I never ever leave reviews.

Too heavy. No directions. Difficult to put together. Touch screen makes it hard to use as numbers and letters need to be hit more then one time some times. Frame is larger then most and phone does not fit in previous places.

Need a case that can take some nice heavy hits? This case can take a lot. I have reached a point where i casually toss it to the stony ground without a care to the world. No matter how many hits it takes you’re phone will be ok. A screw or two might pop out if after though; key word might. The only two annoying features you’ll find are. 1. Un-screwing it to clean dirt out. ( i don’t care what any maker says, dirt will get in and it will need to be clean.) but it is simple and easy to take apart

Best case ever! I work at a big box department store and my phone got out through a full cycle of the trash compactor. In fact, it was lodged between the bin, and the compactor. Took everything I had to yank it out. For sure I thought my phone was done for. Nope! As you can see the case is mangled, my phone went untouched. I IMMEDIATELY ordered another one. So thankful for this case. Lifelong customer!

The flexible part attaching the charger port has already broken and the touch screen has made finger print unlocking all but impossibleIt’s a sturdy case though.

I like the case, the only issues I have is it makes the phone way too heavy for any type of magnetic holder in the car.The metal case also seems to weaken the signal.
