Just follow the instructions and wash it first, the lint will come off a bit at first, but that is production related. They work great but not as good as they could be. First, the edge gets in the way, and the label is even worse. Second, they are too big. Unless you're going to the theater or don't wear a lot of makeup, you don't have to wear all that stuff every night.
