Amazing Relief for Tense Shoulders!

i recently purchased a handmade massage roller for my sore shoulder muscles from this category and it has been a game changer .Through trial and error, I found that this roller was the most effective at releasing tension and knots in my shoulders. Good in theory. suitable for massage tools and equipment

.but this massage rope is difficult to maneuver and does little to help my aching back. I'll keep trying as I may not be using it properly. If things improve I will post an update here.
