I am a runner and musician and I find these massage balls to be a great way to relax aching and/or tight muscles. I've recently discovered massage therapy that helps me with some annoying repetitive movement problems while playing the piano, but since I can't afford massages once a week, these massage balls (along with my big foam roller) are the next best thing. I actually have one at home and one in the car to use when I'm on the road.

The product arrived and was exactly as shown. Was able to hold on to it easily while using it. My problem with this is that if you press on it with any kind of pressure and say long sliding motions or short circular motions, the ball doesn't like to roll, it gets stuck and I kind of rub it. my palm on her back, not a constantly rolling ball.
