ideal for wellness & relaxation

I make my living as a marathon runner and coach and I've wanted to for a long time! I don't have time to get a massage that often because I have kids and a life! Well, and $$$. So I can treat myself to a high-quality trigger point massage. I have a prof. experience in manual therapy. But even if you don't, it's safe to say that it's easy to use, portable, reliable (the battery lasts well), and can be used as both an athlete and "just" a desktop person.

Excellent product. A bit awkward to use on yourself. You can use it on yourself of course, but it's quite heavy so you can hit your legs, maybe lower back and neck area. Much more effective having someone else use it on you when you need to get a lower back. My chiropractor uses something like this to relax muscles before fitting, so I ordered it when I saw it.
