Description of Master CLEAN2029 1G Corrosion Inhibitor

Formulated without silicates or other high pH additives, CLEAN 2029 “One Step” is compatible with ultrafiltration systems and bioremediation. An excellent choice for cabinet-style spray washers and can be used for washing steel, stainless, cast iron, titanium, and many aluminum alloys. Hard water tolerant, it provides long bath life. Environmental approvals are simplified because CLEAN 2029 “One Step” contains no nitrites, barium, phenols, or butyl cellosolve; very low V.O.C. content and no SARA 313 reportable ingredients. Low foaming for use in high-pressure spray washers with temperatures above 140F (60C).

Effective Corrosion Inhibitor

This product has significantly improved our machinery's lifespan. Based on our own experience, it effectively reduces corrosion and rust formation .We noticed a visible difference in the quality of our products. It is a reliable corrosion inhibitor for any industrial and scientific application. However the only downside is the high price point compared to other similar products in the market. Nonetheless, the benefits it offers justify the cost..

Good cleaning with some rust protection

This grout works well when mixed as directed. It separates the oil at the top of the tank and allows the soil to settle to the bottom. It also offers a very light anti-corrosion protection, preventing parts from rusting as they dry out, but bare steel parts or black oxide steel parts need something else to protect them from corrosion. rusted in a few days.
