Master Magnetics, Inc. introduces the ferrite (ceramic) cow magnet the innovative, low cost protection alternative to the age-old, original cast alnico 5 cow magnet. Powerful ferrite (ceramic) magnet is Rectangular shape, long lasting, 3Length, 0.67width, 0.65Height (76.20 mm, 17.02 mm, 16.51 mm) Solid, Seamless, smooth and with rounded corners. Magnet retains 100 percent of its power and is made with special magnetization pattern that creates consistent pulling force and aligns tramp Iron parallel to magnet. Magnet is coated with Black, powder coat. Powder coat is gentle on the cow and helps protect the magnet from chipping. Rounded corners ensure safe and easy passage to the reticulum.

Powerful magnet for heavy duty tasks!

This industrial magnet is perfect for anyone in the material handling industry. Through trial and error I found that this magnet from the Industrial and Scientific category is great for lifting heavy metal objects, and the ferrite magnet is powerful enough to make the process so much easier. The pros include its strength, durability, and versatility.The only con is that it`s not ideal for small or delicate objects. Overall, a must-have for any heavy duty application..

Breaks easily - although this seems to be the norm for bar magnets :(

We ordered 50 of these for 3rd science class, 1 broke before we even used them and 3 others broke on first use with careful handling Unfortunately they were ordered just before and delivered during the quarantine last March so this is it our first use of them. , and they're way out of the return window.
