Masterson Sta Wet Sponge Refill Package Review

Saved me the trouble of going to the store (if I could even find one that's open right now). Exactly what I needed and came pretty quickly.

I love these Sta-Wet trays 😁. Very strong and easy to use. The best thing about these palettes is that you can wash them after you're done.

Good substitute for wet palette sponges. However, after the first use, I noticed mold starting to grow. I never had this problem with my old sponge. You need to add a surfactant to stop the mold. I used a brush cleaner I had, I rubbed it on the surface with my hands, it seems to help.

Follow the instructions carefully and you won't be disappointed. Works as advertised. The best sponge for a wet palette - period! NOTE: Lightly spray hydrogen peroxide (yes, the peroxide you use for first aid) on both sides of the sponge after wetting it but before placing it in the container. This will eliminate any possibility of mold (coming from Mrs. Masterson herself!) **** (Stop drooling on your brushes - yes YOU - and YOU - you know who you are! her! ;) )
