I bought four sets of these pajamas for my four children. They wore them for family photos and during the Christmas season. The fabric was thick enough and they washed well. I ordered a total of 14 different sized pajamas for my family for Christmas. I ordered a size up for all of them as the reviews said they run small and fit snug. I opened each size and they all seem to fit comfortably. The fabric is stretch spandex. Looks like they wash and rinse well to keep their newness. These pajamas are very warm. Too warm for everyone in our family. Children's sizes are very convenient. Also, these pajamas are not soft. Very rough feeling on the skin. They looked great for Christmas morning shots, but once the shots were taken we wanted to shoot them right away. Kind of disappointing.

I bought a baby 4t 5t tall girls 12 and ALL were small for my kids. I chose these plus sized ones as they had just moved into them and expected them to be a bit large. They weren't. They are also greatly reduced. Be sure to buy more. They are cute but not of good quality.

My 7 year old is a size 8 so I bought a size 10 as the pajamas are tight and tend to shrink. The fit was mostly what I expected, but I'm not happy with the fit of the shirt. There's extra fabric in the shoulder area (it's shrunk a bit since I've washed it a few times), it's incredibly tight around the waist even though my son is quite skinny, and the sleeve length seems a little short compared to the length of the Trousers.
