I am 50 and finding shorts that are age appropriate but still in style, can be impossible till now. Thses are Possibly one of the most comfortable pair of shorts that i own. I purchased these not for swimming but everyday summer shorts. They have enough stretch which makes them fit grest and light weight enough to be cool on those hot days. Lets not forget they do work wonderful for swimming.

When I order this short in size 10 I went by the size chart and the fact that it had a little stretch boy was that chart wrong it fits like a board short slightly big in waist and tight through the hip and crotch area and then the legs flared out very odd so, I returned them and bought the 12s which fit better in the hip and crotch area giant in waist with a lot more leg material, which I find comical since I have big weight lifting legs and backside. These are so comfortable and cute. I have worn men's swim trunks for years but these fit so much better. I love the length and the little pocket.

Ordered the navy pair in size medium and I absolutely love them - they fit great. Ordered another pair in the palm print in size medium and the butt was way baggier and the legs were too big. Sorry but had to return.

The size was perfect. They look really pretty on. The colors are bright and easy on and off. I usually wear a 14 in jeans but I don't want it to be tight so I got extra size 16. Perfect they true to size. I like them to be loose to move around.

So ordering anything online is hit or miss but these fit well. Waist 35 hips 42 to 14 better than the 16. I especially like that the drawstring waist actually goes all the way around enabling you to pull it and tie for a snug fit. You can’t go wrong with these looking at ordering another color

These board shorts by Maui Rippers are easy to wear, wash always hang to dry. Keep their shape and color. I have size 2 and fits differ per color. The Blue Palm ones are loose. I have black and navy which fit as you would expect and another blue gray pair that fit tight. You never know what you’re getting.

I love the way these fit. They are not too tight. I did follow the other recommendations and ordered one size bigger than I normally wear. They are very comfortable and I love the length.

I give this 4.5 stars. I like the length on these and the fact that I can tighten or loosen the waist with the draw strings. Would have been 5 star if there was a liner. Still great item.

I love these board shorts! They are a good length, very soft fabric, and very comfortable. They don't dry super fast, but not super slowly either, and I don't mind when it's hot outside.

Have only tried them on and washed thus far. They fit well. Like the length. I vary from a 6- 9 and these fit nicely thru the hips. Won't be able to use them till the end of the month. Will be getting another pair though. Hope they hold up in swimming and snorkeling!
