This item is as described, not bad to assemble but after a few weeks of assembly the glass fell out and broke. I suspect the vibrations from the car loosened it and it fell out.

I mounted it on an excavator and the mirror broke after 2 hours. I didn't tighten it, it's just cheap plastic. I would suggest spending a little more for better quality. Might work well on something that doesn't move.

the mirrors were a perfect replacement for my Mahindra tractor. The only problem with mirrors, as per the instructions, do not overtighten. If you overtighten like I did, the hex bolt will not tighten. I fixed this by putting a lock washer on the hex bolt before tightening. You won't strip the plastic from the internal threads when you add a washer and you can press the mirrors tight.
