Good idea but CHEAP!

I liked the idea of this little triple timer with three timers, integrated stopwatch and clock. And for about a year it worked pretty well (though not quite intuitively). Problem? After about 12 months, the batteries began to run out, causing the device to fail. And these are not standard batteries. Yes, the other day I took it, tried to set one of the timers, and the device started to squeak. Then other strange things started happening. I finally opened the battery compartment and found that…

Find another brand!

DO NOT BUY! Obviously the quality went to hell on this timer and I agree with that opinion. The first timer I got a few years ago seemed to last forever, then last year I got a replacement and another since I'm always in the kitchen. I had to swap one out and then the batteries died on both. I bought new batteries for both yesterday and neither works well. Blinking like crazy and preventing me from installing them. If more than one timer is running with the same timer, they both turn off and…

A piece of junk! - Thermometer and timer

OK, a few months ago I wrote a positive review about this timer, now I am CHANGE this review. A few months ago the timer started working sporadically, it seems the batteries are not making contact. I looked up and called the manufacturer number. and they sent me a new timer just this week. Well THIS timer that came out of brand new factory sealed packaging has a DIFFERENT problem as it has a faulty circuit board. If you try to set multiple alarms, each new alarm you set will affect the time of…

Only two hands, but four timers!

This is my second purchase of this timer. The first seems to have worn out in the last 10+ years that I've owned it. I'm very careful with my kitchen utensils, but ten years of grilling is a long time. What I like: three timers - all independent of each other. Four if you activate the countdown timer. Easy to install - takes a few minutes to learn, but everything is intuitive. The second feature allows me to use one countdown timer as well as three countdown timers. Great for roasting long…

Not a very good timer.

This is a good timer for those who always cook at the same time. I would have preferred a clear button that would actually clear the set time. Instead, this time insists on sticking to the set time unless you scroll through all the numbers, e.g. B. if I first set the cook time to 2 hours 4 minutes 30 seconds and then want to change it to 1 hour 3 minutes 15 seconds. Cook time I have to scroll from 2 to 20 to go to 1 hour, 4 to 60 to go to 3 minutes and 30 to 60 to go to 15 seconds. The…

3 different timers compared

I bought 3 different multitimers: OXO Good Grips Triple Timer, Countdown Stopwatch with Timer and Maverick Professional Digital 3 Line Timer. My choice of three was OXO Good Grips. What I liked about OXO is that: 1) It uses AAA batteries. I have them laying around so it's easier for me. The other two timers used watch batteries. 2) Was more intuitive to use. This is mainly because you use the start/stop button to start and stop the selected timer. The start/stop button on the other two timers…
