I love this product. It arrived on time and was as expected. The packaging was awkward to open, but not by much. I bought it to insert CDs to which I transfer my old documents/pictures from my old computer. The colors were beautiful and I could write on it with a black pen and read it well. In fact, you can put in more than one disc if you like. I hope the envelopes are in good condition. The price was also very good for 50 CD cases.

They serve the purpose but the paper is very thin. The box I received did not match the box pictured which says 'Heavy Duty Paper'. I can forgive thin paper, but not lies. I have an old pack of these which are actually "heavy duty". While they may be slow to update a product photo, there is no excuse for not removing "Heavy Duty Paper" from the title and description. The Amazon listing says the paper is heavy duty paper but the paper they are made from is not heavy duty or what does that mean. It just feels like regular paper and is pretty thin. If you just need something to cover your CDs or DVDs so they don't chip or get scratched then these cases are perfect. Note that they are papery and can tear, but if you handle them well this shouldn't be a problem. I'm a photographer and I burn photo DVDs. I like to use them to cover the DVDs I give to my clients because they are cheap and effective. I used to buy Maxell CD/DVD cases in a pack of 50. Not here, but some time ago on another site. I was very happy with the quality of the paper and the box looked exactly like the one pictured here but with a smaller recommended quantity. A pack of 50 per envelope is more expensive but I thought maybe the 100 pack offer is now on sale. Finally, during the COVID pandemic, many people are streaming movies and music instead. The need for these envelopes may have gone, as I thought at least for now.
