To all the bad reviews, the sound goes away after a few months, that's an easy fix and will happen with ALL tube headphones. Your ear creates moisture in the tube that distorts the sound, you don't need to replace it. Simply remove the tube and blow it out with an air hose. This is my third time ordering this unit. They are FIVE stars when new but as many others have pointed out they go bad after 2-3 months of use.
