I purchased this battery in late January. It worked great initially, but around September, It stopped charging. We were using our roomba about once a week or less, so it was not that it exceeded the advertised 1000 charges. I don't see a way here of contacting the manufacturer as it is stated that the battery has a 1 year warranty

After leaving my roomba unplugged during construction on my house I found his battery (which is many years old, honestly) was not charging any longer. I found this and took the chance and I’m glad I did. My roomba is back to fighting carpets and unplugging my fish tank like the old days.

March 8, 2021. Definitely noticed longer run times with this battery over its predecessor with lower mAh rating; which is logical. Have had no issues with charging (at least until now). However, the advertisement states 1000 charge cycles. Error 5 red lite, no communication with the battery. The voltage reading is 0 volts, which should be 14.4 volts DC. The docking station reads 3 volts when irobot is not docked. when docked and charging the station reads 22 volts. After 15 or so minutes of rapid charge, error 5. Again the voltage reading on the battery is 0 volts. It seems the battery is not charging at all. Bite the bullet and get a new battery. It works and all is fine. I didn't read the instructions and got fault lights. Once properly handled, no fault lights and really long runtime.So far it's a good deal.Will keep it.

Bought this in July 2020 to replace an original Roomba battery for my 880. It worked great until recently. My Roomba runs three times a week, while I'm at work. About two weeks ago, I came home and found it had not made it back to the dock. It didn't make it back on the next run, or any run since. These were easy to install and now I have the Roomba running on a schedule. The old batteries ran the Roomba a little over 30 mins, but now it runs around 1.5 hours. The bins gets filled up every day and needs to be cleaned out daily; but I guess this a good problem to have!

Took a full charge right away and ran for over an hour. Charged fast after first use. Nice to have it work great right from the get go.

Record so far is 3+ hours that thing still goes for. It has a pretty large area to cover in my house and can go up to 3 hours at time and never runs out. Every day for a month and still going strong!
