Supplied 3 filters in a plain brown box. Real polyurethane filters come in a nice blue box. I am returning them as I don't think they will be filtered as real. I don't know what's in that filter.

I bought 3 packs of filters at the end of September. I used the first filter for several months with no problems. When I switched to the next filter, there was a nasty sulfur-like taste/flavor. I replaced the filter with the last one and same nasty sulfur taste/smell. These filters last up to 3 months but now I can't get my money back because 2 out of 3 filters were broken!

Description says it will be Maxion Pur filters but I have Pur Plus filters. I'm researching to see what the difference is and it annoys me that I have to spend more time learning if I just wanted to rearrange what I already knew met our standards. The box was a bit crumpled but still sealed and the filters feel like they were still ok but I didn't want to open the individual packaging in case I needed to return or transfer it.
